(OTCBB: IVIT) announced today that Invicta has signed a Strategic Alliance Agreement with how2vacation, a competitor in the Internet Media Industry; both companies specialize in the Travel Industry and both companies are located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

How2Vacation has developed a prominent market in the online Travel sector. They have over 6,000 clients that market their services on the website, promoting discounted travel products: airline flights, hotel rooms, vacation tours, car rentals, cruises and more.

How2Vacation markets it website on several television stations; their ad can be seen on CNN, Travel Channel, MSNBC, Fox News and more. Their website offers travelers a media to find the lowest rates for travel, and links the traveler to the Travel Supplier’s website or reservation webpage.
